Cancellation of Order

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellation of orders. Please double check before confirming your order.

Wrong, Missing or Defective items

Prior to delivery, all products are checked for their condition and completeness.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at onsundayweplay@gmail.com within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We regret to inform that requests made after 48 hours of receiving your order will not be entertained.

To start your exchange request, please:

  • State your order number
  • Send us a clear photograph of where the defect is/wrongly delivered item + detailed description of defect/the wrong item. For missing items, please take a picture of the entire package sent.
  • Item has to be in it’s original condition iI.e. unused) and in their original packaging and with original tag(s). We regret to inform that if it is impossible to assess it an item is unused, an refund will not be possible.

    If an exchange is not possible due to out of stock situation, a refund in the form of discount code/store credit will be facilitated.

    All exchanges due to wrongly sent item or defective item will have to be sent or dropped at our home office in Sembawang. Cost of delivery (to and fro) charged by our stipulated courier partners will be borned by us after ascertaining that item is indeed defective and for wrongly sent item(s), meeting the above criteria of the product being in it’s original condition + original packaging + original tag(s).

    We will get in touch with you shortly once the returned item is received and inspected to facilitate any approved exchange or refunds. 

    Approved refunds will be provided in the form of a discount code/store credit with the same value of the returned product.

    Exchange due to sizing issues

    Exchange due to sizing errors are unfortunately not accepted due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure measurements are done prior to ordering. Contact us at onsundayweplay@gmail.com or on our IG page if you have any question on sizing!

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

    Returns due to other reasons

    Returns request have to be raised and done within 3 days of receiving the items. Items have to meet the below criteria to be eligible:

    • Unused, in it’s original condition and packaging with original tag(s) intact 
    • Not purchased on a discounted price/during sales period

    Upon inspection of returned item and deemed to have met the above conditions, refund will be made in the form of a discount code/store credit excluding original shipping cost (if any) within 7 working days. We encourage you to use a trackable delivery mode as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. The cost of returning the items through delivery will be entirely borne by you.
