What are the payment modes?

Can I place an order for overseas delivery?

How much are your delivery fees?

For orders above SGD$65, free local normal delivery is applicable. A flat delivery fee of SGD$5 is otherwise applicable for orders below SGD$65.

When will I receive my purchase?

Upon receiving your order, we strive to process it between 2 to 3 working days. Processed order will then be passed to our courier partners, which will take 2 to 5 working days to be delivered.

Can I change my delivery information?

For orders already processed and dispatched to our courier partners, we regret to inform that changes to delivery information cannot be accommodated. We highly encourage you to double check your delivery information before submitting your order.

Can I self collect my order?

Yes! You can opt for pick up during the order confirmation phase. Pick up will be at our home office in Sembawang (Admiralty Drive). We will get in touch with you through email/WhatsApp to facilitate the collection. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee when the pick up can be done but typically it can be done within 2 working days.
